1. Overview
Due to sales limits before having to register locally in different EU countries some information about the payer needs to be gathered. All gathered information is stored securely and disclosed on a strict need to know basis.
2. Collected information
When paying through PayPal, the buyers information becomes available to Storbacka Software. This information, includes name, address, country and other information provided by PayPal.

When purchasing a Commercial Use License, all information you enter is saved.
3. Use of information
The information received via PayPal is collected for accounting and is disclosed to Storbacka Software's accounting firm. Information entered when purchasing Commercial Use Licences is used to maintain a customer register.
4. Information security
Payment information: Information is transfered from PayPal over an encrypted connection. After retrieval the customer information is stored and processed offline (not connected to the internet). Strict access control is maintained to the information at all times.
Commercial Use Licenses: Information is initially stored on Storbacka Software's server in a secure manner. Within a week, licensee information is removed from the online server and moved to a computer with no access to the internet. The information gathered for Commercial Use Licenses is not disclosed to third parties, unless Storbacka Software Ltd is legally obliged to disclose the information.
